• The Mingus View family welcomes our own Rev. Theodora Boolin to the pulpit this morning.

  • Gluten-free Communion Bread is being provided in the trays for those who require it. The “wine” in the cups is grape juice and plain water is in the cup at the center of the tray. Please ask a server if you don’t see what you need when the tray comes to you.

  • What is . . . the procedure for receiving Holy Communion at Mingus View? All are invited to the Lord’s Table. Communion elements are distributed to worshippers in the pews. Generally, the bread is eaten as soon as folks feel ready after receiving it. When the cups are distributed, generally the cup is held until all have been served and the Pastor says “Take and drink.”

  • The Outreach Mission Group prepares sandwiches and puts together bag lunches three times per month for the Prescott Valley community meals program. A few additional helping hands would be greatly appreciated. You do not have to commit to helping all three times if it doesn’t fit into your schedule. The workers meet at 8:45 a.m. in the Mingus View kitchen. July dates are Friday, July 14th, Saturday, July 22nd, and Tuesday, July 25th. Thank you!
