5th Sunday in Lent

“So also Christ did not glorify himself in becoming a high priest,

but was appointed by the one who said to him ‘You are my Son,

today I have begotten you’.”  Hebrews 5:5

You are invited to join our 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning worship service in our sanctuary or with the broadcast on our Facebook page.    The title of Susan Goe’s message is “When Losing is Gaining”  (John 12:20-33; Jeremiah 31:31-34).  Special music will  “Praise the One Who Breaks the Darkness.”   Hymns will be spoken and they include “Christ Whose Glory Fills the Skies,” “Together We Serve,” and “Here I Am, Lord.”

NEXT SUNDAY:  Palm Sunday, worship at 10:00 in-person and on-line.

Trinity Presbyterian has invited us to participate in their virtual Maundy Thursday service, which will be held on the evening of April 1st.  The service will be available on your home computer via Zoom and will include Holy Communion.  In order to participate, we will need to supply the Trinity folks with email addresses.  Please let Susan Goe know if you’d be interested, so that she can give them your address and they will send the Zoom invite.

Good Friday is April 2nd .  We will have an in-person and online worship service beginning at 5:00 p.m.
