1st Sunday of Christmas
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. What came into being with him was life, and life was the light of all people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.” John 1:1, 3b-5
You are invited to join us on Sunday for our 10:00 a.m. Worship Service in our sanctuary or with the broadcast on our Facebook page. The title of Susan Goe’s message for the Sunday after Christmas is “Story & Carols” (Psalm 98; John 1:1-18). Special music will be “Angels We Have Heard on High” sung by Janet Hansen and Fran Chadwick. Hymns will include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Angels, from the Realms of Glory,” and “What Child Is This,” “The First Noel,” “While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks,” and “Good Christian Friends, Rejoice.”
