- The Hope Circle will meet on Wednesday, November 16th at 10:00 a.m. Please read Lesson 3 in the study book and let Marilyn Walker know if you plan to attend.
- A key was found in a brown purse that had been donated to the church yard sale on Saturday, 11/5. You can claim the key in the church office.
- What is . . . . The FEED Fund? The Mingus View FEED Fund is a benevolence fund established in order to have funds available if someone from the congregation has a financial emergency. Requests under $500.00 can be requested through either a person’s Deacon, or one of the pastors. Larger amounts may be requested the same way, but have to be approved by Session. The church appreciates donations to the FEED fund to ensure we have money available when it’s needed. (Please note: The FEED Fund is separate from the Food Pantry fund, from which grocery items are purchased for the Pantry.)
- Coming for the Holidays – Toys for Tots! The church in Ganado has informed us that they won’t be able to accept the donations of blankets and warm clothing that we’ve provided for many years now. Instead, the Mission Team has decided to participate in the community Toys for Tots Christmas program. Beginning next week, we’ll start accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys. If they are able to take them, we will give some of the toys to the children in Ganado. The rest will be donated to Toys for Tots through our local fire department.
- The Year of the Bible questions for the Week of November 13th are:
