World Communion Sunday

You are invited to join us on Sunday for our 10:00 a.m. worship service either in person or on YouTube Live via our Facebook page. The title of Susan Goe’s sermon is “The Glory and Majesty of God” (Psalm 8; Genesis 1:24-27, 31; Hebrews 1: 1 – 4, 2: 5 – 12.) We will celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion with Christians all around the world. The choir anthem will be “In Remembrance of Me.” Hymns for the day include: “I Sing the Mighty Power of God” “Fairest Lord Jesus,” and “O Christ, the Great Foundation.”

ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Contributions to the Mountain Climbers Fund are always appreciated. We still have a way to go to bring the fund account out of the negative column. Thank you for all your help so far!
- Greeters and Hosts for Fellowship treats are always needed. Sign up sheets may be found on the back bulletin board. You don’t have to sign up to greet for an entire month, one week or so is fine and a great way to meet new people!
- Thank you so very much to everyone who helped re-stock the Pantry shelves. The list of needs remains the same with a special need for soup and canned chicken, plus peanut butter, plain pasta, spaghetti sauces, bags of beans and/or rice, ketchup, jelly, cereal, Spam, boxed meals such as noodles or Rice-a-roni, etc, canned tuna, canned veggies, canned fruits. Of course, we appreciate any donations! If you can help us out when you shop this week, our clients will really appreciate it! Thanks!
