You are invited to join us for our 10:00 a.m. Sunday worship service either in person or on YouTube Live (please see instructions below in the Announcements). The title of Susan Goe’s sermon is “Bless – Break — Share.” (Genesis 32:22-31; Matthew 14:13-21). The sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated. Special music will be a piano solo from Leslee Amenta, “How Rich I Am.” Hymns for the day include: “Morning Has Broken”, “Break Thou the Bread of Life”, and “Amazing Grace, How Sweet the Sound.”

- Last week we served 28 clients. Our pantry shelves can hardly keep up. Any help you can give us is greatly appreciated! Food Pantry suggestions for this week: Canned fruit, bags of rice and beans, pastas, boxed meals, cereal, canned mixed veggies, spaghetti sauces, mac and cheese, Ramen noodles, peanut butter, condiments. Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted. Thanks!
- Mountain View Elementary School: It’s time to help Nurse Stephanie and Mountain View School get ready for the new school year! Our partnership with the school has been a great success. They are ALWAYS in need of girls and boys underpants sizes 6 – 8, boys sweatpants and girls leggings, sizes 6 – 8, prepackaged crackers and cheese or crackers and peanut butter, Goldfish, and chips for when the kids come to her for snacks. Also, the small bottles of water are very important. Thank you, Mingus View, for continuing to support this important mission to our community!
