2nd Sunday of Advent
“See, I am sending my messenger to prepare the way before me, and the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple.”

You are invited to join our 10:00 a.m. Sunday worship service in our sanctuary or with the broadcast on our Facebook page. The title of Susan Goe’s message for the 2nd Sunday of Advent is “The Reveal” (Luke 1:68-79; 3:1-6). We will celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Special music will be “Watchman, Tell Us of the Night” sung by Janet Hansen and Fran Chadwick. The Celebration Bell Choir will play “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel.” Hymns will include “Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus,” “For the Bread Which You Have Broken,” and “Prepare the Way, O Zion.”

- GREAT NEWS! Bob & Jone Rongstad have graciously decided that they will be able to host their Christmas Eve open house again this year! You are invited to gather at their home following the Christmas Eve worship service on Friday, the 24th. They would appreciate it if you would sign up to let them know you plan to attend.
- ADVENT DEVOTIONALS ARE AVAILABLE to enhance your Advent experience. They are in the back, on the Fellowship table. One per family, please.
- The Advent Study – “Names for the Messiah” will continue on Tuesday, December 7th at 10:00 a.m. You do not need to purchase any materials – there are papers on the back table or speak to Susan.
