“The message of the cross sounds foolish to the world; but to us it is the power of God! We proclaim the scandal of Christ crucified. The foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than our strength.”
1 Corinthians 1:18, 23-25
You are invited to join our 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning worship service in our sanctuary or with the broadcast on our Facebook page. The title of Jerry Hammon’s message is “Cleansing the Temple” (John 2:13 – 22). The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated. Special music will “Jesus Walked This Lonesome Valley.” Hymns will be spoken and they include “Christ is Made the Sure Foundation”, “Look Who Gathers at Christ’s Table!,” and “God of Grace and God of Glory.”
