3rd Sunday of Easter
“Sing praises to the Lord, O you his faithful ones, and give thanks to his holy name. Weeping may linger for the night, but joy comes with the morning.” Psalm 30:4, 5b
Christ is risen! Christ is risen indeed! You are invited to join us on Sunday for our 10:00 a.m. Worship Service in our sanctuary or with the broadcast on our Facebook page. The title of Jerry Hammon’s message is “Good News” (Isaiah 61:1-3; Luke 4:16-21). The sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated. Special Music will be “I Come With Joy”, sung by Janet Hansen & Fran Chadwick. Hymns will include “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee,” “Let Us Talents and Tongues Employ” and “Called as Partners in Christ’s Service.”

- Great News! Habitat for Humanity is back to building houses and they would love to have our weekly donations of homemade cookies! There is a sign-up sheet on the back bulletin board if you can help us out with a week or two! Please bring your cookies in on Sunday, and Emma Hall will deliver them.
- The Merry Widows/Widowers Group will have their monthly luncheon on Tuesday, May 3rd, at 11:30 a.m.
