3rd Sunday of Easter

You are invited to join us on Sunday for our 10:00 a.m. worship service either in person or on YouTube Live (please see instructions below in the Announcements). The title of Susan Goe’s sermon is “Surprising Encounters,” (Acts 9:1-20; John 21:1-19). The sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated. Special music will be “Bread of Heaven, On Thee We Feed,” sung by Janet Hansen and Fran Chadwick. Hymns for the day include: “Good Christians All, Rejoice and Sing,” “Let Us Talents and Tongues Employ,” and “Today We All Are Called to Be Disciples.”

- Mother’s Day Project for Stepping Stones – In honor of Mother’s Day, the Hope Circle is collecting personal care items, diapers, pajamas, etc. — anything to help the transition for the women and children clients at the Stepping Stones emergency shelter. The baby crib is in the front hallway waiting to accept your gifts! Thank you!
- Thank you for all your donations to support our Mingus View Food Pantry. Some items that we need this week include: Soups, canned fruit, cereal, bagged beans, bagged rice, canned corn, peanut butter, jam, mustard, ketchup, mayo, boxed meals, Spam, canned chicken.
