ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Greeters and hosts for Fellowship Hour are needed!  Sign up sheets are posted on the back bulletin board.
  • September is here and that means the beginning of another program year for the Hope Circle!  The study this year is “Sacred Encounters: The Power and Presence of Jesus Christ in Luke-Acts.”  Each lesson will invite us to consider Jesus, “the good shepherd,”  who shared the Good News through sacred encounters with everyday people.  The Hope Circle meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, at 10:00 a.m., beginning September  20th.  Study books will be available soon.  All women are invited to attend, so  please speak to Marilyn Walker if you are interested.
  • THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!  Mountain View Elementary School is delighted with the generous donations you have so far given!  The nurse has told us we don’t need to give any more bandaids at this time.  This month, let’s focus on children’s clothing:  underwear (sizes 6, 8, 10), sweatpants (6-8, 10-12), leggings, socks, no jeans, please.  Put donations in the gym bag with the Mountain View sign.  We do so appreciate your dedication to this mission!!
